Can I obtain a letter for surgery without undergoing counseling?
We offer gender-affirmation surgery letters for those looking for just the letter. Letter writing request does include one counseling session to gather the information necessary for the letter. The option to continue counseling services is at the discretion of the client.
Do you offer in person sessions?
Currently, we primarily offer telehealth sessions. However, some of our therapists are also accepting in-person clients. All sessions are conducted via a HIPAA-compliant platform to ensure privacy and confidentiality.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations will be charged $50 if notice is NOT RECEIVED AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE.
This requirement is necessary because dedicated time is allocated exclusively for your sessions, and it is a commitment made to ensure the highest level of care and attention. Please note that this fee is not covered by insurance.
What days of the week are sessions available?
Sessions are available Monday through Friday. Requests for weekend hours can be made with an individual therapist.
How long is a session?
Therapy sessions are typically 50-60 mins in length.
